1. Free Consultations
Initial phone consultations with CallWise Solutions LLC are free of charge. There is nothing to refund or cancel for free consultations.
2. Optional Service Fees
If any optional service fee applies (for example, expedited assistance or extended support), the fee will be clearly disclosed and authorized by you before any charge is processed. There are no hidden fees.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund of an authorized service fee under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the original charge.
- The service paid for has not yet been fully delivered.
- The charge was unauthorized or processed in error.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Fees, deposits, or charges paid directly to a wireless carrier — those are governed by the carrier's own policies.
- Service fees for assistance that has already been fully delivered.
- Promotional credits, discounts, or bundled offers that have been redeemed.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancel a paid service, call us at (888) 476-5804 and speak with a consultant. Please have available: the date of the charge, the amount, and a brief description of the service.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank or card processor timelines may add additional days before the credit appears.
7. Carrier Plan Cancellations
Cancellations or changes to a wireless plan you activated through a carrier are subject to that carrier's cancellation, early-termination, and refund policies. Please contact your carrier directly for plan-level cancellations.
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We work in good faith to address all reasonable refund requests.
